Katherine González focuses her practice on civil and commercial disputes, including domestic and international arbitration.
Previously she worked at the State Defense Council (Consejo de Defensa del Estado).
Ms. González received her law degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Universidad de Chile, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a Diploma in Public Law from the Center of Economic Regulation and Competition of the Universidad de Chile and a LL.M. (c) with a major in Private Law from the Universidad de Chile.
She participated as speaker at the "International Conference on Medical Responsibility", organized by Universidad Diego Portales and Universidad Católica de Valparaiso.
She was a teaching assistant of Labor Law at the Universidad de Chile and is currently a teaching assistant of Civil Law and Legal Clinic at the same university.
She participated in the Project of Updating Compilation in Family Law Jurisprudence, which was sponsored by Editorial Legal Publishing, Thomson Reuters.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Chile.
